The Portuguese sermon by Diogo da Annunciazam Justiniano appears to be an original printing, but it may be a forged imprint done at the same time as David Nieto's undated Spanish "response". Nieto's text is believed to have been anonymously printed in London soon after his 1728 death.

The Hermandad's centuries-old role in the suppression of gypsies and bandits is noted, along with more recent struggles against the French invaders. Benito's qualities and blood purity (limpieza) are noted, for which he is named comisario quadrillero of the Hermandad. Contains signatures and wax seal.
