French. There are two copies of the same image, of varying quality, both hand-colored. Both depict a burning on the docks in Lisbon, before a large crowd, at the conclusion of a public auto-de-fe. Only one copy has French text, along with a manuscript note in Dutch; the other may be from a different printer.

Spanish. Edict announcing an extension to the period of grace, and royal pardon for some who come forward to confess. These documents were issued at a time of widespread witch trials in the Basque contry. Space for date left blank.

Rosado, Antonio Sermao feyto em S. Domingos... [Coimbra]: 1620. Inquisition 558

Portuguese. Sermon in praise of the confraternity of inquisitorial familiares, on the feast of its patron saint Peter Martyr. With licence; hand-numbering on title page (393) may indicate the work was once bound in a larger collection.

Spanish. Edict banning books, especially those hostile to religious Orders such as the Jesuits. Contains text of public announcement and description of a book burning, with related documents. Cf. INQ225, INQ227 and INQ327, issued on the same day; also INQ264 and INQ276.
